Production Coordinator

Our fashion global client is looking to recruit a Production Coordinator to work in the small Production team.

What your day will look like -

• You will work cross-functionally with internal partners, Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service and Sales teams to build optimized inventory levels to support the EMEA sales.

• You will manage the PO numbers and maintain an order update at any time up until shipment, to ensure all deliveries will be on time.

• You will manager season booking programmes

• You will also work closely with Quality to resolve and product issues occurring during production.

The ideal person -

You will have worked in a distribution role handling and coordinating orders to customers, working with suppliers, inventories, logistics, and quality control.

Essential skills -

Intermediate Excel (Ideally Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)

Able to multi task and prioritise

It would be an advantage to have -

A second language

Experience of SAP
