Are you looking for short-term work with an immediate start? If so, this could be the role for you!

We’re recruiting a team of Product Technicians to upgrade of the latest software release on Samsung devices across various locations in the UK. You’ll be supporting mobile retail stores across a territory, so you’ll need a driving license and access to your own vehicle (don’t worry – milage expenses will be paid!) 

We’re looking for tech savvy individuals that can learn and retain knowledge quickly, with the ability to work independently to hit targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

SOFTWARE UPGRADES

Get hands on with the latest devices in store, conducting software updates on each mobile device across the Samsung range 

Ensure each device has a full install of the latest software

Software updates can take between 60-90 minutes per device

COMPLIANCE CHECKS

Check that the software has been correctly installed

Accurately report on software upgrade completion

Software updates are tracked centrally, and completion targets will be reported on daily

CALL FILE COVERAGE

Visit stores on your call file accurately, ensuring you achieve your target number of upgrades per day

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Competitive Salary: €117 per day
• Performance Bonus: €28 per day, paid on campaign completion
