Product Owner (Data Science Market Risk Statistical Analysis). Take ownership of a highly complex, data driven product for the UK's leading online financial derivatives trading site. You will work closely with technical teams, Data Scientists and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of the development and planning of Market Analysis and Data Science systems.

As a Product Owner you'll help the business to understand business risk (both regulatory e.g. Credit Risk and non-regulatory e.g. Revenue impacts), working with stakeholders to define the roadmap and contribute to development priority decisions. Responsibilities will encompass gathering requirements, writing user stories, attending backlog planning, Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. You'll analyse product feedback and identify trends and issues to find suitable solutions; continually monitoring key metrics for live products and projects to assess the success and suggest optimisations, promoting a culture of innovation.

You'll join a small, close knit team facing significant technical challenges in delivering a robust and resilient system whilst also supporting a diverse range of business needs. City based offices with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:
*Experience of gathering and analysing requirements for large IT projects
*Strong understanding of statistical analysis / data science
*Experience of working in an Agile development environment
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills
*Advanced communication and documentation skills including effective stakeholder management
