The Role…

Xero is now the leading cloud accounting platform in the UK and to help supercharge this growth we have an exciting opportunity in our UK/EMEA Partner team for an experienced Product Marketer.

Working closely with our UK and global leadership teams, you will lead the growth of Xero’s award-winning accounting practice products across UK & EMEA, including Xero HQ, HQ apps, Xero Practice Manager & Reporting with responsibility for the full product lifecycle of our accounting practice products. You’ll build and utilise outstanding customer and market insights, develop our regional product launch plan and work alongside global product management to launching new products into the market.

It’s critical to this role that you maintain a focus on our customers’ needs, building a network of internal and external stakeholders to determine the UK’s Partner requirements. You’ll take a lead on all UK practice research and deliver a clear go-to market roadmap detailing where we should play and how we’ll win as well as delivering all internal and external launches of new features and product updates. You’ll write detailed requirement specifications, gathering and prioritising customer requirements, communicating the product roadmap, and spearhead all UK launch activities..

What you will bring…

You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within product marketing or product management, ideally gained in SaaS/Software industry and the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge. Additionally, you’ll have demonstrable experience in the creation and development of product strategy, positioning and messaging as well as expertise in conducting competitor analysis. A Marketing degree or similar qualification in a related field would be advantageous and a background in Financial Services or Accounting would be highly beneficial.
