I have new vacancy for a Product Lead to work with an exciting business near Norwich who are transforming their business as they continue to grow.

Joining the friendly change team, and working as part of a product squad, your objective will be to identify, document and manage business requirements for software development and business change activities to support the ambitions of the organisation.

It is a great time to join them as they have a busy agenda for change and you will get to work on broad range of different projects that will ensure that no two days will be the same. You will be trusted to identify areas where process can be improved to reduce cost and your product tool kit will be put to good use as you work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, document business needs / processes and help to support/direct your product squad.

As the successful candidate it is likely that you will:

  • Have proven background in either business analysis or product lead roles
  • Have a good knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Have an engaging communication style and good analytical skills

In return they are offering a competitive salary of circa £40,000, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working and an enhanced pension.
