Job Title: Complaints Investigator

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 6 - 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: £11.80 per hour

Location: Witney

Shift: 4 on 4 off

Hours: 7am -7pm

The Role

We're looking for people that have a passion for customer service to join their growing customer support team. Are you an experienced customer service professional or have a desire to build a career in customer services?

Your new responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations on customer returned product in accordance with site and divisional procedures
  • Proactively support the implementation of new and / or improved processes
  • Communicate in a professional manner with colleagues worldwide
  • Processing of products returned by ADC customers to the Complaint Handling Group.
  • Liaising with Customer Service organisations as appropriate.
  • Understanding all aspects of complaint investigations processes to be able to troubleshoot and identify root causes associated with medical device product returns due to customer complaints, using various electronic equipment and software applications.

  • Must be self-directed, detail oriented, positive attitude, driven, able to work independently in a team-oriented and fast paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills are a plus
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Is adaptable, high energy levels and desire to help others
  • Excellent team player
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a view to support changes to processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
