Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain a range of product and marketing experience within an award-winning luxury Tour Operator. The overall purpose of this role is to support our client's Product department in planning, delivering, and marketing their luxury hotel and destination portfolio.

Product Executive - What will I be doing ?

• You will be actively assisting with all elements of the Product and purchasing process, including checking contracts, invoices, processing offers, and updating their system.
• Working closely with the marketing team, this role will have a key part in preparing marketing content including pricing packages, reviewing marketing activity, and supporting the brochure and magazine production process.
• Updating the reservations system and our client's website and ensuring content is accurate and relevant to our target audiences.

Product Executive - What experience do I need?

• We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is both numerically confident and has excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Tour operating experience and a passion for travel is essential - perhaps you have been a travel consultant or operations consultant previously and are looking to move into the Product Department.
• Knowledge of the Caribbean, Arabia, Europe, & Indian Ocean (preferable).

Product Executive - what else do I need to know?

Full-time position with hybrid working, including a minimum of two days working from our client's office in London. There is potential for this person to work less than this in the office.
