On offer is the opportunity to join a company who are dedicated in crafting exceptional food products supplying various household names such as Tesco's, Macro, Sainsbury's. This company have been on a rapid growth journey over the last few years and are continuing to grow and expand their product line, looking for a talented and driven Product Developer to help.

As Product Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with the cross-functional teams to conceptualise, develop and launch exciting new food products. You'll be working alongside the sales and production teams to collaboratively ensure excellence is delivered in every bite.

This role is suited to an innovative and driven aspiring product developer looking to jump into a new role within a progressive and successful company.

The role:

• Conducting market research and tend analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Leading product development projects from ideation to commercialisation, ensuring quality, taste and targets are met
• Formulating recipes and conducting sensory evaluations to optimise product flavour, texture and appearance
• Staying informed about industry trends, consumer preferences and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and maintain compliance

The person:

• Experience in food product development essential
