My large client is currently looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join them on a 3 month contract basis to assist with their CRM products. This will include specifying new IT solutions, modifying existing products, and integrating new features.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Make recommendations for developing new and existing products
• Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems or products
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
• Apply software development lifecycle, refine product backlog, and build roadmaps
• Oversee product development and develop solutions to be deployed

Required skills include:

• Experience working within a development team
• Possess excellent knowledge of the Customer Service function, specifically CRM
• Excellent stakeholder skills
• Experience with implementing new solutions
