Procurement Transformation/Strategy Consultant - World Class Transformation Consultancy - £50,000-£65,000 + package

Pod Talent have been engaged by a world-leading management consultancy firm, who specialise in holistic transformation projects, to find their next generation of leaders. They specialise in longer-term projects across Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations, Digital Transformation and Manufacturing and are currently hiring across all practice areas.

I'm looking for strong Indirect Procurement professionals, either with existing consultancy experience (for more senior positions) or with strong blue-chip experience (more junior level positions) to join their rapidly growing team. The business has a global footprint with offices all over the globe, but these roles are aligned to their London HQ. Typically you would spend >50% of your time travelling to client site, with most of your week spent either office based or working remotely.

The key skill areas they're seeking:

• Strong analytical skills for procurement process design/redesign.
• Performance optimisation & the ability to drive organisational agility
• Establishing resilient procurement category strategy, digital procurement roadmaps and strong supplier relationships
• Project Management & delivery of improvement programmes.

What you will need to bring:

• Excellent academic background, with a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) from a leading university preferred
• Demonstrable experience driving change within a blue-chip firm or a management consultancy
