The Procurement Team are seeking to recruit a Procurement Analyst who is able to deliver the timely, robust and accurate data and reporting required to be able to provide an excellent service to the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the UK led Global Procurement Categories in the collation, interpretation and reporting of all relevant spend data for in scope SHV Energy markets.
Driving continuous improvement of the end to end Calor UK P2P process through analysis of the variables, information flows and system constraints and implementation of good fraud controls, improved data and increased centralisation of spend.
Supporting the Category Managers in portfolio analysis, cost benchmarking, commodity market research and cost modelling in conjunction with the Category Managers. Initially this will have a particular focus on tail spend understanding and data improvement
Playing an integral part of the planning cycle of Calor UK, helping to improve our internal forecasting and planning and translating relevant data into information that aids our suppliers scheduling.
Ownership of the procurement owned systems
Delivery of Procurement reporting on time in full to a robust and high quality
The right person for us will be looking for an opportunity to take ownership of their role, really drive change and be visible within the business.
As such we would like you to:
Be educated to at least Bachelor degree level in a mathematical based subject and/or 3+ years purchasing / P2P / data analysis or process control experience
Have good understanding of P2P, ERP systems and implementation of process controls
Have good data interpretation skills and experience of presentation of MI to aid decision making
Demonstrate great interpersonal and communication skills across multiple levels of the organisation
