This company provide specialist materials to clients in highly regulated industries across the world. Shipping worldwide, they have seen demand for their product grow massively, and are hoping to double their profits in the next 5 years. Because of the success of their product, they are looking to take on a new Process Improvement Engineer at their Gloucester site to help maximise product quality and output.
In this role you will be based in the factory on the company's Gloucester site. You will be observing and analysing the manufacturing process for potential improvements to quality and output, reporting your findings and analysing data. A key function of your role will be experimental design; suggesting improvements and designing new processes to streamline production while maintaining a high quality standard.
