Process Improvement Consultant
Sanderson are partnered with a consultancy to support the recruitment of several process improvement consultants for payroll projects. You will be working closely with the client, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and mapping process improvements and solutions.
This is an initial 3-4 months day rate contract via Umbrella with the potential of extensions. This is a hybrid role with travel required to sites across the UK.
Key skills required:
- Consulting background
- Comfortable engaging and holding workshops with Client
- Process Analysis and Process Mapping
- Experience within Payroll or HR Transformations & associated processes
- Experience in public sector, utilities, heath care or local government
