One of the UK's leading general insurance and financial services companies are looking for a Process and Implementation Manager, my clients is offering the opportunities to grow and reward their employees contribution.


The Role:-


An opportunity has arisen within the financial services sales process team. The role is varied and will involve work on all elements of the sales process from lead to submission including the reviewing, developing and implementation of changes.


The role will involve input into key projects in order to support regulatory and organisational change, primarily the ladder project. Experience of working with key stakeholders and other departments across the business is an important aspect.


You will review, develop and implement changes to the life sales process, systems, modelling tools and documentation to ensure they effectively support the life advice proposition.


Develop and deliver training to ensure users have the knowledge they need to implement and use the life sales processes, systems, modelling tools and documentation effectively and compliantly identify and report on issues and risks and propose mitigation plans in line with audit requirements.


To be successful you will need:

  • Experience of working within financial services sales operations and servicing functions
  • Significant experience and technical understanding of financial services regulatory regime
  • Level 4 Qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning)
  • Good level of understanding of tax and financial planning solutions
  • Good understanding of sales processes, systems and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work across departments to achieve common goals
