I have a fabulous PA opportunity in the local area to support the CEO of a hugely successful business!

Working alongside the EA, you will form a team that support the CEO with his daily tasks both business and personal.

The ideal candidate will be switched on, sharp and quick thinking this is an extremely fast paced position. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience as a PA at C-suite level and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same!

Previous experience within the FMCG industry would be ideal although not essential.

Candidates must have previous experience working as a PA or EA in both private and business capacities.

Role responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Manage diary by scheduling, prioritising, and managing appointments, communication with clients and suppliers and documentation for meeting
  • Liaising with others on behalf of the CEO including staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders at operational level, Senior management team and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation – Business and personal travel.
  • Managing home bills, payments and ensuring up to date policies for vehicles and the arrangement of maintenance of both household and private properties/assets
  • Organising refreshments or meals as directed for customers, suppliers and personal engagements
  • Attending meetings and accurately taking notes
  • Organising orders and communicating effectively with the business operations
  • Basic sales analysis on Excel/Sage
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Preparation for tenders by using Sage/Excel
  • Providing personal assistance in CEO’s home ranging from household issues to private errands

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a PA in both business and personal manner.
  • Relevant Qualifications in business administration or related field.
  • Ability to show initiative and be proactive rather than reactionary.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including making judgments about competing priorities and identifying resources accordingly.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including ability to use other appropriate IT applications effectively.
  • Highly proficient numerical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dealing tactfully with sensitive issues.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with above reproach attitude
