Tiger Private are currently in search of a Monaco based Private PA for a HNW CEO.

Responsibilities will encompass managing the CEO's residence, vehicles, and personal assets, as well as supervising all household staff, including cleaners, drivers, and tradespeople. Additionally, you'll be tasked with sourcing and overseeing all necessary suppliers and service providers, serving as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, and assisting with their travel arrangements. Other duties include basic bookkeeping, document management, and acting as a representative for the CEO, handling bookings and reservations. You'll collaborate closely with company staff to ensure the CEO's travel and security needs are met and will be expected to propose and implement processes and systems to enhance workplace efficiency.

The ideal candidate should embody resourcefulness, practicality, and exceptional organisational abilities. They should excel as problem solvers, capable of swift and decisive action. Punctuality is key, demonstrating astute time management skills. Discretion is essential, exercising sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters. They should exhibit high levels of motivation and focus, eager to maximize their potential. The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work independently is essential.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and French, possess a European driver's license and live within 10km of the borders of Monaco. Only candidates with an EU right to work can be considered for this role.
