Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft transaction documentation clearly and concisely.
• Negotiate transaction documents and provide commercial advice.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
• Develop internal and external networks.
• Build strong client and peer relationships.
• Organise and attend business development events.

Skills Required:

• Qualified Lawyer 4-5 years PQE
• Open to a candidate with strong corporate M&A experience only.
• A focus on private equity would be desirable but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a growing and entrepreneurial team.
• Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge.
