The successful lawyer will be able to hit the ground running, utilising their knowledge and expertise to manage a varied and complex caseload of private client matters. This position will be based at the firms Northampton Office.
Responsibilities
- Taking client instructions
- Will drafting
- Probate matters
- Tax planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Estate administration
- Handling LPAs
- Building client relationships
- Qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE
- Technical proficiency in private client is essential
- Possesses outstanding client care and communication skills
- Able to manage own caseload without supervision
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
- Strives for high standards in their work
