THE ROLE:
This excellent law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join their private client team. You will be working closely with the Head of Department across a broad spectrum of matters, including will preparation, tax planning, complex probate work, and estate planning issues. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases within a supportive and collaborative environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 4 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, as well as a proven ability to manage a diverse caseload.
