A dynamic and forward thinking multi-service law firm based in Bromley but with extensive links across the South of England. They are well-established and looking for like-minded individuals with a strong work ethic to match their own. Due to recent success they are going through a period of expansion and are looking for suitable individuals to start asap.
Being experienced dealing with a broad range of Private Client matters, you will be able to demonstrate an overall well-rounded understanding of the area. Your work will include but not be limited to: drafting wills and codicils; probate applications; preparing lasting powers of attorney; drafting deeds of variation; deputyship applications to the Court of Protection as well as participating in networking and practice development activities. A competitive salary and negotiable benefits package, dependent on experience, is also available.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
3 years PQE + experience dealing with Wills & Probate work
Track of record of achieving billing targets and being required to generate business development
Strong communication skills
Client focused and demonstrate an ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Professional but friendly and approachable personality
