Private Client Solicitor - 4 years PQE - £45,000 to £55,000 - Hertfordshire
My client is a top regional legal 500 firm with who is looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their rapidly expanding department in Hertfordshire. Providing a wide range of legal services, they are keen to expand their already successful Wills and Probate team, opening a great opportunity for a Wills and Probate Fee Earner who is looking to take the next step. My client prides themselves on professional values and business-like approach to their Clients' instructions.
The role will entail, drafting and advising on wills, administration of estates and probate, powers of attorney, court of Protection issues, formation and administration of trusts as well as ongoing personal and family tax advice and planning.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience within the Wills and Probate discipline, including matters such as Wills, Probate, LPA's and Court of Protection matters. As well as extensive experience working in a busy and demanding environment whilst also maintaining a high standard of client care. Ideally, you will possess the STEP qualification or be part way through the same.
