Experienced Private Client Lawyer required. Preferably STEP qualified. The successful candidate will be at least 4 years PQE, have worked on probate and IHT matters and have experience in handling cases with APR and BPR issues.
Knowledge of Court of Protection procedure would be a bonus particularly on cases relating to clinical negligence issues, statutory wills and lifetime gifts.

Must be well organised, able to cope well under pressure and used to dealing with a full and varied case load. Client care and quality of service underpin every aspect of your work. You will have a solid grounding in all aspects of private client work with a interest and aptitude for drafting wills and advising on Inheritance Tax planning. Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen desire to develop new business.
