The firm seeks a professional with a minimum of five years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a private client department. The successful candidate will possess outstanding audio (BigHand) and copy typing skills, with a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, complemented by a high rate of accuracy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming visitors,
  • Addressing enquiries,
  • Assisting with all aspects of Private Client matters,
  • Producing essential documents such as Wills, LPAs, and Estate Accounts.

The role demands a proactive approach to managing outgoing post, regular filing, and general administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and organisation within the office.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle client enquiries with professionalism, and a proficiency in MS Office.
