Head of Department – Private Client , Somerset

You:
You will be an associate or senior associate level solicitor, with upwards of 4 years PQE and the ability to lead and mentor the team.

The firm are a very well known regional firm with a good reputation

The role:
Duties include monitoring the team's performance  ensuring the service to clients is of the highest standards and helping junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of leadership and management in a Private Client department to including supervising all fee earners and support staff, handling client relationships and compliance matters
