Solicitor / Associate Solicitor / Legal Executive – Private Client Department
Buckinghamshire
A legal 500 firm are seeking a Solicitor to join their busy Private Client department.
The chosen candidate will become a valuable member of the firms busy team, working alongside experienced colleagues while developing and managing their caseload. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years PQE are preferred, but also welcome applications from individuals with less PQE who can demonstrate a profound understanding and technical expertise in handling intricate private client matters and high net worth clients.
Looking for candidates with experience in a Private Client department, particularly in the following areas:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Court of Protection
  • Tax and Trust matters
Key attributes and qualifications include:
  • Proficiency in file management and adherence to agreed deadlines
  • Confidence, professionalism, friendliness, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • STEP qualification (desirable)
  • Competence in using IT tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience in staff management is an advantage
