Private Capital Tax Director

Are you a Tax professional with experience working across Private Capital, now looking to step up to Director level, or start a new challenge with a Top 10 Firm?

This is a great time to join the team, with a very successful year across the Tax service line, and the Private Capital team outperforming the wider business. You will be in a prime position in the function to advance that growth and keep the success going.

What you will be doing:

• Support the Private Capital Tax Partners with the management of the team's client portfolio as well as looking for opportunities to grow the advisory business
• Undertake Strategic Reviews and related assignments for key clients, influencing senior stakeholders at Board level where appropriate
• Ownership of tax planning and complex tax issues with a focus on investments in alternative classes which might be directly or via family vehicles, e.g. companies and trusts
• Advise on projects in areas of Private Client Tax, including but not limited to private equity, non-doms and offshore trusts

What you will need:

• Relevant Qualification (ACA, CTA, ATT)
• Extensive, and in-depth, up to date, knowledge of relevant aspects of Private Client tax
• Ability to deal with complex tax issues across a range of areas such as trusts, non-doms etc.
