About the job

You will provide outstanding support to our clients on a day to day basis, including:

  • Effectively on-board new clients including obtaining all relevant data.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to develop your portfolio.
  • Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients.
  • Ensure all relevant information is maintained on our CRM systems.
  • The role is hybrid, part home, part office based and also at client’s office when needed.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £40,000.
  • Bonus structure: Open ended with OTE circa £70,000.
  • Holiday: 33 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus up to 3 days at Christmas.

  • Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients.
  • A strong desire to develop yourself and to do "the best you can" for you and our clients.
  • Happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation.
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (telephone, virtual and face to face).

About You - Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment managing clients.
  • Experience in HR or Health & Safety Sales would be great but not essential.
