Role Overview:

As a Primary Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to children aged 5 to 7 years old. You will have the opportunity to create engaging lessons, foster a supportive learning environment, and help students develop essential skills and knowledge in line with the national curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering creative and interactive lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students.
  • Assessing student's progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
