They are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and dynamic Teaching Assistants on a temp to permanent basis. Qualifications and experience is essential. Duties will include supporting the Teacher in the delivery of the curriculum and all aspects of the classroom work. It is a physical job (using slings and hoists). Teaching Assistant daily duties involve manual handling and Team Teach Techniques. You need to be conscientious, reliable and hard-working and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to support the team. The pupils are amazing and will give you a sense of achievement when they make progress, however small. Training will be given on many aspects.
