For this Primary NQT role you must be a charismatic Newly Qualified Teacher who has a track record of 'Good' or better teacher and a teaching style that allows your passion to shine through. The ideal candidate will have a supportive and passionate approach to teaching. You must show the ability to deliver clear and appropriate lessons allowing pupils to identify and understand the processes you employ.
In this Primary NQT post you will be taking charge of a class which will be decided nearer the time. With a first class NQT Induction Programme a senior teacher will be available to support through your first year of teaching. Your duties will include formulating lessons and lesson plans in a very creative atmosphere and department. You will build relationships quickly with pupils and staff and have a strong classroom presence.
