Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within a Key Stage 2 class in a Preston school.

The role is to start as soon as possible until July 2024 with the potential to be extended. This lovely Primary School in Preston are offering a long-term full-time placement 5 day a week 8.30 - 3.30. Pay starts from £83.33 per day depending on experience.

As the teaching assistant you will be responsible to support children within the class , including 1-1 support work and working with groups to support any gaps in the classroom.

  • Knowledge and understanding working with KS2 and challenging behaviour
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
