My client is a large and nationally recognised financial services business who are known for being one of the UK's 'great places to work', having won multiple awards. They are headquartered in the West Midlands and offer up to 80% home working.

About the role

This varied role will offer you the chance to utilise your software development knowledge to play a key part in the design and development of pricing algorithms for deployment to live production environments.

You'll work with the wider Pricing team to develop requirements into production ready algorithms to enhance the rating capability of the business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate people and project management skills whilst directing and coaching small groups to deliver projects.

About You

• Must be able to work collaboratively and build effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Ideally, you will have Radar development experience and can demonstrate strong knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Insurance software such as Polaris ProductWriter, Ratebase or Landscape is also desirable but not essential.
• Exposure to Agile project methodology.
