We're seeking a future team member for the role of Pricing and Billing Control Manager (Director) to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is hybrid and located in London or Manchester UK.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Ownership of pricing schedules, rate card changes, cost to serve and ensuring services are priced for profitability.
  • Product-oriented client pricing pareto investigation to inform service model.
  • Working across teams on special pricing needs for large opportunities and new client solutions.
  • Ownership of pricing and billing controls to ensure compliance with billing and accounting standards.
  • Review and improve billing processes, including strengthening the controls and reducing unbilled, aged receivables and terminations.
  • Direct the Corporate Trust program for the FiRRE billing system retirement, including operating model, testing, process changes, training and communications, conversion, and data quality.
  • Review and strengthen billing controls and metrics.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Extensive Financial Services experience
  • Management of large-scale transformation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence across client facing teams.
  • Solid communication skills to present to clients and internal senior management.
  • People management requirement
