We're really excited to team up with a well-known, long-standing company in Trafford Park, Manchester. They've been doing great, and now they're looking for a skilled Press Brake Operative to join them

Job Description:
As a skilled Press Brake Operative joining our team, you'll shape metal components using press brake machinery. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial as you review blueprints and adjust equipment settings for accuracy. Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and analytical thinking are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Operate LVD Turret Punches to produce metal parts and tools.
Review blueprints or plans to ensure accurate production.
Adjust machine settings for speed, material feed, and cut path.
Ensure machines are properly set up and maintained for optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality.
Change dies and punches as needed for production requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:
Strong Math Skills: Understand complex instructions and schematics for accurate production.
Proficient Problem-Solving: Enhance output and troubleshoot errors effectively.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Vital for operating precision equipment like Turret Punches.
Mechanical and Technical Aptitude: Proficient in CAD/CAM technology and G-Code understanding.
Analytical Thinking: Assess situations, identify issues, and devise solutions for streamlined operations.
