Due to continued growth, we are looking for five Lettings Negotiators to join our team. This role is a demanding, fast-paced and dynamic sales position where you will join the front-line sales team that form the foundation of our company. The role offers an extensive training programme delivered by experienced professionals where from day one, you'll be immersed into the world of real estate and gain exposure to multi-million pound deals.

The ideal Candidate:
- Educated to degree level or good sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - We are a successful and well established brand that expects are employees to represent us appropriately
- Social intelligence - In negotiating with a range of demographics, you will need to know how to tailor your communication accordingly.
- Sales/commercial experience desired but not essential
Main responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities across London
- Managing your own schedule
- Conducting viewings
- Handling the entire lettings process
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Approach potential tenants with the view to let property
With the focus on premium property, we understand we need to attract premium candidates. As a result, we offer a clear and quick progression path with a starting salary combined of a 12K base rate + a fantastic commision structure where first year on-target-earnings average 35k. Your first promotion will be attained within 3-6 months of starting with the potential to advance to a senior salesman after 18 months where you'll be managing premium portfolios, receive a considerable wage increase as well as an upgraded company car to a BMW.
