Practice Secretary

Future Personnel are offering a great opportunity for a strong practise administrator to join our client based in Beckenham. This role is well suited for an individual who is professional, can adapt well into a new working environment and has great attention to detail. The practise administrator will be responsible for all administrative matter including supporting client managers. Duties will include:

  • Book keeping
  • Organising registrations for clients
  • Liaise with client managers and external IT support
  • Organising the filing system
  • Maintain and organise newsletters and other mailshots
  • Monitor and purchase consumables
  • Raising invoices

In order to be successful within this role you need to:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn about new softwares such as CRM
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good time management
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
