What you’ll be doing
The PR Account Director will lead on their key trade and consumer accounts, with a focus on trade specifically. You'll oversee the strategic planning and execution of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry trends.
You’ll provide strategic advice to clients based on deep knowledge of their business and market. The PR Account Director will have a real understanding of trade, and confident in consumer PR. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, working to set budgets and KPI’s.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Director with strong media relation skills, and someone who is confident in identifying and pitching stories.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Experience as an Account Director working in a PR agency.
- Strong understanding of trade and consumer PR, and proven track record with working with global FMCG brands.
- Ability to comprehend brand and communications strategy, and can create well-constructed client briefs.
- A confident, result-driven person, who’s commercially minded, with negotiation and strategic management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presenting, and copywriting ability.
