The position is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role. Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). There is a minimum requirement to work 1 day each week in the company's office

The PPC Executive will be instrumental in managing and optimising our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google PPC, Bing PPC, and Paid Social. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, is data hungry and eager to make a substantial impact in a dynamic environment.  

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a commercial setting in addition to the following; 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially in Google Ads and Bing Ads.  

  • Familiarity with Paid Social advertising, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.  

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.  

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable 

  • PPC Agency experience is desirable. 

The Postholder will be responsible for: 

  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various Paid Social platforms).  

  • Analysing and optimising campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROI and conversion rate targets.  

  • Conducting keyword research and ad copywriting to maximise campaign effectiveness.  

  • Monitoring budget allocation and manage bids for maximum efficiency. Keeping abreast of PPC and digital marketing trends, applying best practices to our strategies.  

  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.  

  • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.  

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets for campaign analysis and reporting.  

  • Ability to think strategically/long term, whilst being commercially aware. 

  • Regularly analyse competitor marketing activities within paid media
