Key Responsibilities

• Independently carry out day to day optimisation & maximisation of campaigns

• Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis, checking data accuracy at every stage

• Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, taking responsibility for the quality of all work output for your accounts

• Take a lead role in the Paid Search contribution to client meetings, continually reviewing and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs

• Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients and pro-actively identify opportunities for account growth and development across your team’s portfolio of accounts

• Deputise in the absence of your Paid Search Manager

Qualifications + Skills

• 2 years' Experience with implementation of paid search campaigns (including PPC)

• Ability to understand, follow and devise processes; identifying issues and pro-active in producing solutions

• A high degree of numeracy and literacy, able to use data to drive campaign performance

• Ability to identify issues and be pro-active in producing solutions

• Effective analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Effective communication skills, able to present data to a wide variety of audiences

• Great time management skills, the ability to multi-task; the ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.

• Highly literate in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word.
