Manchester City Centre – 3 days in, 2 days home

We’re exclusively supporting a Professional Services business who are undergoing an exciting period of growth, new product launches and development – the Head of Digital whom this role reports into believes the time is now to bring the accounts in-house and develop in the internal team with their support, and the support of the 20 strong Digital and tech function.

As a PPC Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the in-house digital marketing team, helping bring their vision to life through impactful and highly targeted paid search & paid social campaigns.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Develop and execute PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to pinpoint relevant keywords for campaigns.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Construct compelling ad copy and optimize ad creative to maximise performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimisation.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Efficiently manage PPC budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Your skills & background:

  • Minimum of 12 months+ experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. B2B experience is preferred yet not essential .
  • Strong understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other PPC analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
