Power BI Developer

Power BI Developer required for our client on a fully remote basis paying up to £55k.

Due to a significant digital transformation project my client require an experienced Power BI Developer to support the BI & Data Manager to deliver BI, Dashboards, data queries and analysis services.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing BI & data applications using Power BI and be familiar with Azure data lakes, Data Bricks, Azure data factory, Azure SQL data warehouse, Azure synapse & Azure analysis service
• Create data models and publish reports in Power BI using DAX and complex data models from Databricks, Excel, SSAS, SQL, M-language, and SharePoint
• Assess content, logic & definitions used in existing reports across Tableau, MS Excel, Qlik & MS Access
• Additional Power Platform skills such as Power Pages, Power apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual agents would be beneficial
• Using a Jira Kanban, lead the team members delivery of agreed workload under the Transformation project delivery, whilst providing regular meaningful updates on trends and recommendations
• Support in training sessions and workshops to business users, empowering them to effectively use Power BI for self-service reporting and analysis
