You will be working for one of the areas leading independent accountancy firms in Southampton.

Reporting directly to the partners you will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of clients and managing the workload appropriately utilising the available team of staff. You will be given a great deal of freedom in this role and will be dealing directly with existing clients and also getting involved in external business development to win new business and new clients.

You will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA with wide ranging experience in general practice, but this is very much a role for someone who is looking to progress their career working closely with the partners and being responsible for the management of a client portfolio.

You will receive a very competitive salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications, and there are very genuine prospects to become a Director/Partner in due course for the right person.
