Customer Service Assistant
Abakus Direct an online furniture shop is looking for someone who cares about good customer service to work as part of a small team - receiving incoming calls from customers, replying to emails, capturing and checking customer data, resolving queries, escalating complaints and promoting new products and services.
Candidates will ideally have prior experience in a customer service team, call centre or customer facing role, , a great telephone manner and good keyboard/computer skills. Training for the products and services will be provided on-the-job and there is free parking on-site.
Customer service department opening hours (9.30-18.00 Monday to Friday, 9.30-14.00 every other Saturday).
The annual leave allocation is 28 days per annum, this includes bank holidays and a company shut-down at Christmas.
Ideal opportunity for candidates with retail experience looking to move into an office environment.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
