• Responsible for ensuring resource planning is carried out and resource schedules are accurately reported and are agreed in line with client commitments (resourcing of internal teams, pipeline activities and development tasks), including chairing the weekly Resourcing Meeting

• Responsible for the development, publication and communication of Sagacity project tools, processes and templates to support client assignments

• Responsible for conducting Quality Assurance activities across all projects to ensure key deliverables are consistent with the Sagacity brand standards and delivery methodology

• Responsible for managing the inputs into and the production of Sagacity’s Monthly Portfolio Reporting across the client delivery portfolio to be shared with Senior Leadership and Board members

• Responsible for the tracking and reporting of high-level business actions, Board Objectives and annual milestones to be shared monthly with Senior Leadership, Corporate Governance Committee members and the Sagacity Board

• Responsible for chairing the monthly Delivery and Operations Forum to provide visibility of current and new projects and Change Control Notices (CCNs), to track issues and actions and to assess resource requirements for upcoming projects

• Responsible for the ongoing planning, management and review of the internal Sagacity Project Delivery Roadmap e.g. strategic internal change projects

• Responsible for ensuring that the internal Sagacity Projects are approved and managed in accordance with the project delivery road map and internal governance

• Responsible for ensuring Sagacity operational processes and procedures are defined, documented, implemented and reviewed on an ongoing basis to maximise operational efficiencies across the organisation

• Responsible for the governance, adherence and reporting of client feedback

• Responsible for the management of the Sagacity Continuous Improvement process including employee support, management and progression of submissions, communication and reporting

• Provision of coaching and support for the Sagacity Team to ensure compliance with the Sagacity delivery processes
