PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst- outside IR35

• Hybrid (predominantly remote), based in the London
• Rate £350-£400 per day outside IR35

A transformation consultancy are looking for a PMO Analyst to join a large scale ERP implantation.

You will be providing effective support to the PMO functions of the project to ensure project runs effectively and efficiently.

Responsibility

• Collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to project performance, resource utilization, and project milestones
• Supporting PMO by proactively engaging stakeholders across the Programme on points of feedback and making proactive changes to PMO processes

Experience

• Experience with excel pivots, macros formulas
• Experience real-time in listening / capturing minutes, salient points etc. in key meetings and boards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Facilitating communication between project teams,stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ability to working in a change environment
• Experience of working with Kanban boards
