ATTENTION! Plumbers/Mechanical Engineers Wanted!

Build your experience further with this fantastic opportunity as a Plumber/Mechanical Engineer, installing, servicing and testing various appliances within a specific location.

This vacancy is a 3-6 month contract, with a possibility to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities for the Plumber/Mechanical Engineer:

• Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's.
• Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's/
• Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment.
• Ability to measure, work to plans, reach technical diagrams and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/skill

Skills Required for the Plumber/Mechanical Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating/air conditioning/mechanical engineering (Essential)
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO9001 & 14,001.
• Experience of working on Commercial Hot & Cold water systems is essential.
• Approved and formal apprenticeship served in plumbing/mechanical skills area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
• Experience in the maintenance of: Heating and domestic water services, TMV's, Air handling units, Manage Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes/
