Plot Sales Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive

My client has a vacancy for a residential conveyancer in their New Build Team. This is a full service firm with offices throughout Kent and London and a practical approach with traditional values . They are ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners where their legal advice is ranked as first class. The firm offer a supportive and fair culture where work life balance is important.

The role will see you join a successful new build team where you will be adept at juggling the unique demands of purchasers and developers, including managing a high case load of New Build cases to a high standard, managing the transactions proactively through to exchange and completion whilst ensuring exceptional levels of client care. In addition you will assist with marketing activities and maintain professional relationships with referrers of work.

The successful candidate will likely have:-

At least 3 years' experience working within a New Build team

Commitment to outstanding client care

Passion for your work
