PLM Developer – Staffordshire

Looking for a strong PLM developer (Product Lifecycle Management) ideally with programming experience around Java and / or Perl or similar.

This is for a global client with offices in Staffordshire. You can be part of Engineering Systems teams within IT. Supporting and developing the global PLM systems and their associated applications such as CAD (NX) / CAE Manufacturing & Business Integration. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating possible solutions, defining and developing configuration changes such as data model, workflow & UI, in line with PLM roadmap and projects.
  • Take full ownership of certain elements / business processes / capabilities within the PLM solution suite.
  • Be responsible for developing PLM solutions and capabilities.
  • Support development of the global PLM system and it’s associated applications, including teamcenter, CAD (NX), CAE and Active workplace.

Looking for someone with a technical background, hands on with Siemens Teamcenter and experience in configurating Teamcentre applications for example workflow design,  BMIDE configuration, stylesheet configuration, product configurator and Active Workspace.

Advantageous to have; Active teamcentre applications such as Classification / Multi-site / Query Builder / Preference Management.

This is a developer role - not a user role. We are looking for someone who can do the development of applications.
