Posted 5 January by ISL Recruitment Ended
Are you a PHP developer that's frustrated with your current position?

Maybe you got back after Christmas and realized that nothing's changed. Maybe you're tired of putting in extra effort for no extra reward. Maybe you're fed up with a minimal benefits package.

Maybe...there's something better out there.

Do you want to see financial rewards directly based on your performance?

Do you want 8 weeks holiday per year?

Do you want Flexible working hours?

Coming to work for this company, will see you building and enhancing in-house systems that help students and small businesses everyday - there's a feelgood factor you'll get here that you won't find in your average development position.

All systems are built in OO PHP with large scale MySQL databases, the role is primarily focused on the building and enhancement of back-end PHP modules and the creation and maintenance of data stores however, a good level of knowledge of front-end technologies is also required.

The days will fly by as you put your skillset to use both on internal and client-facing systems, ensuring that performance and usability is always at the forefront of your work.

You'll be handsomely rewarded not just in terms of a basic salary but monthly and annual performance bonuses which could total over £7,000, 40 days holiday (Yes 40 days!) and your Birthday off, flexible hours (beat the rush hour, pick up the kids etc.) and quality training every week.

Salaries are D.O.E. up to £35,000 plus all the usual perks of working for an established business.

Interviews are happening next week, so if you want to know more call me, James Leech on or email me - James @ Don't worry if you don't have a CV, let's just have a conversation to start with if you like.
