Are you a seasoned Pharmacist Manager seeking a new professional journey? Look no further!

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading supermarket pharmacy chain as a Pharmacist Manager at their welcoming branch in Doncaster (DN4) on a permanent basis, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week spread across 5 days.

Operating hours for the branch span from Monday to Saturday (9am to 8pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm), so there are early and late shifts available (applicants must be flexible to work both shift patterns).

Salary ranges from £42,895 to £58,981 (£22.91 to £31.51p/h) depending on experience. Our client also extends a compelling benefits package, including an annual bonus of 20%, coverage of GPhC fees, store savings opportunities, and more, all contributing to a rewarding work environment.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist.
  • Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about leading and empowering a team.
  • Approachable and customer-focused attitude.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • Play an active role in charities support programme giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so you’re always there to meet our customers’ needs.
